you are just a beginning Dutch oven cook, or want to improve
your skills with DO’s, LEARN BY DOING in a “hands-on” setting.
Experience all the facets from getting the charcoal started,
recipe preparation, charcoal distribution, determining cooking
times…and best of all, eating one’s own Dutch oven creations!
Our summer clinics are generally scheduled in July, so check
back with us for the 2007 summer schedule.
