The clinics are structured for cooks of all ages with
skill levels basic through advanced. Cee Dub shares
his heat management techniques with both charcoal
briquettes and hardwood coals, menu planning, food
preparation, camp safety, camp sanitation, plus tips and
knowledge that Cee Dub has picked up over the last
thirty years! These clinics are all hands on with the
participants doing the cookin' under Cee Dub's tutelage.
Open discussions are a big part of the clinics allowing

$100.00/day or both days for $175.00. Camping and
showers are available at no cost on site. RV hookups are
$25.00/night payable at the clinic. There are motels in

Over the course of the clinic you'll reap the
benefit of Cee Dub's and PDub's years of experience
cooking for large groups, catering, producing television
shows, setting up a camp kitchen for horse
packing/whitewater rafting, ranch cooking, doing public
demonstrations and much more!
Cee Dub believes in "hands on" teaching! Come prepared
to learn and have a lot of fun!
Las Piedras Ranch is located in Real County Texas approx
a two hour drive west of Kerrville, Texas. Nestled at
the end of a county road in the beautiful Texas Hill
Country the ranch provides the perfect setting for folks
to experience and learn the best in Dutch oven and
outdoor cookin'! Participants will stay in the ranch
house bunk room. Facilities include washer/dryer, two
showers, and Internet access. (It's dial up out here so
it will be slow!)
In addition
to all the cooking activities participants can go out to
one of the very comfortable blinds to watch/photograph
free ranging exotic game animals such as aoudad, Axis
deer, fallow deer, Corsican sheep and feral hogs.

TERMS
& CONDITIONS. A deposit or payment in full
is required upon registration. If the student
cancels, the tuition deposit, or one half the total
tuition will not be refunded. The student can
reschedule no later than 21 days before a subsequent
class for a $25.00 administration fee. Cee Dub's
Dutch Oven Cooking Supplies, LLC, reserves the right to
cancel a class for any reason. Cee Dub's limit of
liability when a class is cancelled shall be your choice
of a free reschedule or a half or full tuition refund
depending on one's deposit at the time of registration
Cee Dub's reserves the right to refuse enrollment
at any time, in which case there will be a full refund
of tuition paid.
